Plaquemines Parish Library
The Plaquemines Parish Library is opening to staff only starting Monday, April 27. They have free outdoor WiFi available 24/7. They are beginning curbside services at all three branches May 11.
Beginning May 18, the Belle Chase and Buras Branches will be open to the public
