Livingston Parish Library is open with limited entry. They have expanded services for eMaterials by expanding Hoopla checkouts, and issuing duplicate eCards for patrons who have lost theirs. Also, due dates for eMaterials has been expended until further notice. They are offering free outdoor WiFi 24/7.
