Closed to Public
Evangeline Parish Library
Due to the upcoming storm, all branches of the Evangeline Parish Library will be closed Wednesday, August 26. They will reopen Thursday, August 27 if weather permits. Evangeline received no damage and it currently open with regular hours.
Franklin Parish Library
Due to effects from Hurricane Laura, the Franklin Parish Library is closed until Tuesday, September 8. They will be opening with new hours, 8:00 am- 4:30, Monday through Friday.
Jackson Parish Library
Due to the effects of Hurricane Laura, the Jackson Parish Library may have some closures throughout the week of August 31- September 5. Call (318) 259-5697 for details.
Natchitoches Parish Library
The Natchitoches Parish Library is up and running except for the Northeast Branch, which is still without power.
The Ouachita Parish Library
The Ouachita Parish Library is now open to the public at all ten branches.
Jefferson Davis Parish Library
Due to effects from Hurricane Laura, only the Main branch of the Jefferson Davis Parish Library is open at this time.
Sabine Parish Library
Power has been restored and the Sabine Parish Library is now open with regular hours.
The Catahoula Parish Library
All branches of the Catahoula Parish Library now have power and are open for regular business hours.
