A mandatory evacuation has been issued for July 11, 2019 starting at 6 a.m. for the Eastbank of Plaquemines Parish and from Oakville to Venice on the Westbank until further notice. All Library locations are temporarily closed and all Library events are canceled today (7/10) due to severe weather and area flooding. We will likely remain closed until the storm passes. UPDATED: NOPL plans to close through the weekend.
